Surah ikhlaas

Once a man was walking and he read this written on a wall:>'Qull huwa Allah hu ahad, Allah hu samad, Lam yalid WA lam youlad, Wa lam yakoun lahu koufwan ahad' So he sat and read it, while he was reading it a man was watching him and Came to him and said 'Do you know that you have got at least 470 hasana's (Blessings) just for reading this! The person who wrote this on the wall also got 470 hasana's; Even I got 470 hasana's just for writing this message. Even you got (who is reading this message) 470 hasana's. So press forward and let more people get 470 hasana's. Don't forget, each time someone reads this message and gets hasanat so do you. When there is only a single star left in the sky. At that very moment, the path of forgiveness will close. The writing in the Quran will vanish. The sun will lower itself with the earth.. Prophet Muhammad saw said, 'Who ever delivers this news to someone else, I will on the Day of Judgement make for him a place in Jannat.' Please pass this to every Muslim you know

Importance of Mother

ماں کا مرتبہ
ایک دفعہ خواجہ بایزید بسطامی رحمہ اللہ سے کسی نے پوچھا کہ یہ مرتبہ آپ کو کیونکہ حاصل ہوا تو آپ نے فرمایا: "ماں کی دعا سے"۔ اس سلسلے میں آپ نے ایک واقعہ بیان کیا:
ایک مرتبہ موسم سرما میں آدھی رات کے وقت میری ماں نے پانی مانگا میں پانی سے بھرا ہوا کوزہ ہاتھ میں لے کر حاضر ہوا لیکن والدہ سو گئیں میں نے نہ جگایا چنانچہ جب رات کے آخری حصے میں بیدار ہوئیں تو مجھے کوزہ لےے کھڑا دیکھا تو مجھ سے کوزہ لیا تو سردی کے مارے میرا ہاتھ کوزے سے چپکا ہوا تھا اور اس کے ساتھ ہی میرے ہاتھ کی کھال اکھڑ گئی۔
ماں نے ترس کھا کر میرا سر بغل میں لیا اور چھاتی سے لگا کر بوسہ دیا، پھر کہا: "اے جان ِ پدر! تو نے بڑی تکلیف اٹھائی " ۔ یہ کہہ کر میرے حق میں دعا فرمائی : "اللہ تعالیٰ تجھے بخشے"۔ میری ماں کی دعا قبول ہوئی اور یہ سب دولت اسی دعا کی بدولت نصیب ہوئی۔

Advantages of Durood Sharif

درود شریف پڑھنے کا فائدہ
ہم جو درود شریف پڑھتے ہیں، اس کا کیا فائدہ ہوتا ہے؟ حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی فرمایا کہ جو شخص مجھ پر ایک مرتبہ درود بھیجتا ہے تو اللہ اس پر دس مرتبہ درود بھیجتا ہے۔ اس سورة الاحزاب کی دو آیتوں کو ایک ساتھ پڑھیں، دیکھیں کتنی اہم بات سامنے آتی ہے:
"(اے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم )اللہ وہ ذات ِ گرامی ہے کہ وہ تم پر درود بھیجتا ہے اور اس کے فرشتے بھی تاکہ وہ تمہیں اندھیروں سے نکال کے روشنی میں لے آئے"۔
(الاحزاب:43)
"بے شک اللہ اور اس کے فرشتے نبی پر درود بھیجتے ہیں، مومنو! تم بھی ان پر درود و سلام بھیجا کرو"۔
(الاحزاب:56)
معلوم ہوا کہ اگر کوئی شخص اندھیروں میں پڑا ہے اور وہ روشنی کا طالب ہے تو اسے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے دلی تعلق پیدا کرنا چاہئے اور اس کام کیلئے اسے درود شریف کی کثرت کرنی چاہئے۔ وہ شخص جب حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر درود بھیجے ےگا تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس پردرود بھیجیں گے (فرشتے بھی) اس کا نتیجہ یہ ہوگا کہ رحمانی درود کے ذریعے اسے ظلمت سے نکال کر روشنی میں لایا جائے گا۔
نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر درود و سلام بھیجنا مرض ِ نفاق کا علاج ہے۔ اس لئے جو لوگ درود کا اہتمام رکھتے ہیں ان کے اندر نفاق راہ نہیں پاتا۔

عقل مندی اور حاضر جوابی

ایک دفعہ ہارون الرشید نے بہلول سے کہا کہ اگر تو مجھے ایک سوال کا جواب دے دے تو میں تجھے ایک ہزار اشرفیاں انعام میں دوں گا۔ بہلول نے کہا مجھے اشرفیوں کا تو لالچ نہیں ........ لیکن میں چاہتا ہوں تو مکھیوں کو حکم دے کہ وہ مجھے نہ ستائیں۔ ہارون الرشید نے کہ یہ تو ناممکن ہے، یہ میری مطیع ہی نہیں، بہلول نے کہا جو شخص مکھی کے مقابلے میں اتنا عاجز ہے اس سے کیا امید رکھی جاسکتی ہے۔ ہارون بہت شرمندہ ہوا اس کی شرمندگی پر بہلول نے کہا، اب میں تیرے سوال کا جواب بغیر کسی شرط کے دوں گا۔ اس پر ہارون نے پوچھا وہ کون سا درخت ہے جس کی عمر ایک سال ہے اس کی بارہ شاخیں ہیں اور ہر شاخ پر تیس پتے ہیں ان بتوں کا ایک رخ روشن اور دوسرا تاریک ہے۔ بہلول نے کہا یہ درخت سال، مہینے، دن اور رات ہیں۔ تمام حاضرین ان کی حاضر جوابی پر دنگ رہ گئے

Who is the Best Person?

Hadhrat Uthman (Radhiyallaho anha) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) said:
"The best amongst you is he who learns the Qur'an and teaches it." In most of the books, this hadith is quoted with the word 'and' between 'learns' and 'teaches' as above. Thus the greatest reward would be for him who learns the Holy
Qur'an and thereafter teaches it to others. But in some of the books this 'hadith's is narrated with the word 'or', in which case the meaning would be: "The best amongst you is he who learns the Qur'an or teaches it."

Accbrding to this version, the reward is general, i.e., equally great whether one learns himself or teaches to others. Thus there would be equal virtue for both. The Qur'an is the basis of the religion of Islam, and on the preservation and propagation of the Qur'an depends the .very existence of this faith. Hence the virtue of learning and teaching the Qur'an is self-evident and does not need further elucidation.

There are, however, various degrees of excellence. The highest is to learn the Qur'an along with its meanings and purport, and the least is to learn its words only. The hadith mentioned above is supported also by another saying of Rasulullah [Sallallaho alaihe wasallam) as reported by Hadhrat Sa'eed ibn Saleem (Radhiyallaho anho):
"If a person who has acquired knowledge of the Holy Qur'an considers another person who has been gifted with something else to be more fortunate than himself, he has shown disrespect to the blessings of Allah bestowed on him on account of his learning the Qur'an."It is evident that since the Qur'an, being the Word of Allah, is superior to all other discourses as mentioned in some of the ahadith quoted later, its reading and teaching must be superior to everything else.

Mulla Ali Qari quotes from another hadith that whoever acquires the knowledge of Holy Qur'an stores the knowledge of prophethood in his forehead. Sahl 'i'astari (Rahmatullah alaih) says that the proof of love for Allah is the existence of love for the Word of Allah in one's heart.

In 'Sharhul Ihya', the list of people who will be given shelter in the shade of the Arsh (Throne of Allah) on the fearful Day of Judgement includes those persons who teach the Qur'an to the children of Muslims and also those who learn the Holy Qur'an in their childhood and are devoted to its recitation when grown up.

امانت کی فضیلت اور اہمیت

امانت کی فضیلت و اہمیت اور عظمت و رفعت کا اندازہ اس سے لگایا جاسکتا ہے کہ آسمانوں اور زمینوں کا سارا نظام اسی امانت کی بنیاد پر قائم ہوا ، کیونکہ آسمانوں اور زمینوں کا انتظام سنبھالنے والے فرشتوں کو جو حکم دیا جاتا ہے وہ اس میں ذرا برابر بھی خیانت نہیں کرتے اور وہ مکمل امین بن کر اس کام کو بجالاتے ہیں۔
جو فرد و معاشرہ اور قوم امانت جیسی عظیم ذمہ داری ترک کرکے خائن بن جائے ایسے فرد و معاشرے اور قوم کو تباہی و بربادی اور ہلاکت سے کوئی نہیں بچا سکتا ، کیونکہ دنیا کے باہمی تمام معاملات اور لین دین کی بنیاد اسی امانت پر ہے اور متحرک اور چلتی پھرتی زندکی کی گاڑی اسی پر چل رہی ہے۔ امانت ہی دین و مذہب ، ناموس و عزت ، جان و مال وغیرہ تمام امور کی حفاظت کی ضامن ہے۔

صحیح مسلم اور نسائی میں حدیث ہے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میرا ہاتھ پکڑا اور فرمایا: "مٹی کو اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہفتہ والے دن پیدا کیا، پہاڑوں کو اتوار کے دن، درختوں کو پیر کے دن، برائیوں کو منگل کے دن، نور کو بدھ کے دن، جانوروں کو جمعرات کے دن اور آدم علیہ السلام کو جمعہ کے دن عصر کے بعد جمعہ کی آخری ساعت میں عصر کے بعد سے رات تک کے وقت میں"۔ (تفسیر ان کثیر جلد اص: ۶۰۱)

چار باتیں

حضرت فضیل بن عیاض رحمہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں: "جب شیطان انسان سے چار باتوں میں ایک بھی سرزد کرادیتا ہے تو کہتا ہے: "اب مجھے اس کے خلاف اور کچھ کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں"۔ یعنی ان میں سے ایک بات بھی اس کی تباہی کیلئے کافی ہے، وہ چار باتیں یہ ہیں:
٭....تکبر کرنا
٭....اعمال کو زیادہ سمجھنا
٭....گناہوں کو بھول جانا
٭....پیٹ بھر کر کھانا (پیٹ بھر کر کھانا سب بیماریوں کی جڑ ہے)"۔

Azaan - A Miracle

Amazing as it sounds, but fortunately, for the Muslims of the world, it is* an established fact. Have a look at a map of the world

And you will find Indonesia on the eastern side of the earth. The major cities of Indonesia are Java, Sumatra, Borneo And Saibil.

As soon as dawn breaks on the eastern side of Saibil, at approximately 5:30 am local time, Fajar Azaan begins. ThousAnds of Muazzins in Indonesia begin reciting the Azaan. The process advances towards West Indonesia. One And a half hours after the Azaan has been completed in Saibil, it echoes in Jakarta.. Sumatra then follows suit And before this auspicious process of calling Azaan ends in Indonesia, it has already begun in Malaysia. Burma is next in line, And within an hour of its beginning in Jakarta, it reaches Dacca, the capital city of Bangladesh. After Bangladesh, it has already prevailed in western India, from Calcutta to Srinagar. It then advances towards Bombay And the environment of entire India resounds with this proclamation. Srinagar And Sialkot (a north city in Pakistan) have the same timing for Azaan. The time difference between Sialkot, Quetta And Karachi is forty minutes, And within this time, Fajar A Azaan is heard throughout Pakistan. Before it ends there, it has already begun in Afghanistan And Muscat. The time difference between Muscat And Baghdad is one hour. Azaan resounds during this one hour in the environments of Hijaaz-e-Muqaddas (Holycities of Makkah And Madinah), Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait And Iraq. The time difference between Baghdad And AlexAndria in Egypt is again one hour. Azaan continues to resound in Syria, Egypt, Somalia And Sudan during this hour. The time difference between eastern And western Turkey is one And a half hours, And during this AlexAndria And Tripoli (capital of Libya) are located at one hour's difference. The process of calling Azaan thus continues throughout the whole of Africa. Therefore, the proclamation of the Tawheed' And 'Risaalat' that had begun in Indonesia reaches the Eastern Shore of the Atlantic Ocean after nine And half hours. Prior to the A Azaan reaching the shores of the Atlantic, the process of 'Zohar Azaan' has already started in east Indonesia , And before it reaches Dacca , Asr Azaan' has started. This has hardly reached Jakarta one And half hours later, the time of 'Maghrib' becomes due, And no sooner has 'Maghrib' time reached Sumatra, the time for calling 'Isha A Azaan' has commenced in Saibil! When the Muazzins of Indonesia are calling out 'Fajar Azaan', the African Muazzins are calling the Azaan for Isha. If we were to ponder over this phenomenon thoughtfully, we would conclude the amazing fact that there is not even a single moment when hundreds of thousands of Muazzins around the world are not reciting the Azaan on the surface of this earth. Subhaan Allah!!! Even as you read this material right now, you can be sure there is Azaan somewhere!!! Allah said: 'If you are ashamed of me, I will be ashamed of you.'
If you are not ashamed, pass this message on...only if you believe.* *'Yes, I've faith in Allah. Allah is my fountain of Life And My Savior.
Allah keeps me going day & night. Without Allah, I am no one.
But with Allah, I can do everything. Allah is my strength.'
